German walnut cabinet with two rows of three side drawers, with a set of ten small recessed drawers in the center, surrounding a small door that opens onto a checkerboard pattern. The three walls are covered with a mirror. The drawer fronts are veneered with "bois de bout", which allows the wood grain to be seen vertically. The checkerboard and cabinet front frame are in amaranth marquetry. The small central door is decorated with an inlaid flower. The six side drawers and central door are fitted with chased ormolu locks featuring putti decorations.
