Large bronze statue of a bird charmer by Belgian sculptor and medalist Auguste de Wever. He wears a ribbon and is girded by a drapery supporting a small sword. His collar is adorned with an elephant-shaped medallion. Early edition cast bronze with shaded brown patina. Signed on the terrace "de Wever" and titled "L'oiseleur Indou".
