Large Louis XIV style "Huguenot" mirror in tortoiseshell veneer and repoussé brass. It features rich ornamentation of floral, foliage and fruit motifs. The broken pediment is decorated with a central female mask. The central mirror is framed by a wide brass band with foliage scrolls. The corners are embellished with spandrels and framed with molded wood strips. 19th century. Napoleon III period, Circa: 1870 Dim: W:69cm, D:8cm, H:114cm. In good condition, with slight wear.
