Murano glass mirror with glazing beads and cut sides. This charming Venetian mirror of octagonal shape is girdled with twisted golden glass rods and richly decorated with foliage, flowers, beads and rosebuds in blown glass in bright colors. The central mirror is beveled. The glazing beads contain eight mirrors engraved with stylized flower motifs on the back. Each of these flowers has a heart formed by a micro convex mirror. Each glass element is handmade according to the Venetian tradition, which gives this mirror its unique character. The whole glass composition rests on a wooden floor typical of the Venetian production called "Vetro di Murano" in the early twentieth century.
