Beautiful ormolu and patinated bronze clock from the Louis-Philippe period depicting a horse attached to a peg set in a bed of stones, leaves and flowers. The circular dial with Roman numerals is flanked by palmettes. The rectangular base decorated with scrolls and stylized palmettes rests on four feet with stylized shell motifs. Wire movement in working order. Louis-Philippe period, Circa: 1830 Dim: W:28cm, D:11cm, H:43cm.
