Vase baluster from the Sèvres manufacture in Porcelain iridescent night blue with gold highlights of stylised leaf motifs. It is decorated with a "geranium" decoration with a gilded frieze on the shoulder made by the artists of the Manufacture under the direction of Alexandre Sandier, director of the works of Art between 1896 and 1916. During this period, this frieze was applied to decorate a service known as the "geranium service" produced between 1898 and 1914. The lip and the heel are enhanced with a gold painted net. It has two marks under the base: "S 1910" and "doré à Sèvres manufacture nationale 1912".
