Nicolas Léger Moutard was the printer to the Queen's bookseller from 1774 to 1792. He was installed in the chapel of the Hôtel de Cluny.
Provenance: Library of Count Vimar, Peer of France. Nicolas Vimar (1744-1829) was a renowned politician and jurist. In 1814, he was summoned by King Louis XVIII to sit in the prestigious Chamber of Peers.
Condition report: Complete with all volumes of tables, very fine period binding, good condition overall.
