Biscuit porcelain bust by Albert-Ernest Carrier-Belleuse (1824-1887) depicting a young woman facing right. Her hair is styled in a chignon with rose-adorned curls that fall over her shoulders. She wears a necklace with a medallion. Signed on the base, at the back: "A. CARRIER". Napoleon III period, circa 1870. Dimensions: W: 28cm, D: 24cm, H: 57cm. In good overall condition, with minor firing cracks.
