An antique gilt and patinated bronze clock, adorned with an equestrian statuette depicting a helmeted and armored rider seated on a lion skin. The group rests on a rocky terrace that houses the movement. The gilt dial with Roman numerals for the hours is encircled by a laurel wreath. The clock sits on a high base, richly decorated on the front with acanthus leaves, laurel branches, and foliate scrolls. Condition Report: In good condition, with slight wear to the gilding on the rider's face and helmet. The mechanism has been cleaned, serviced, and is in working order.
