White marble bust of a woman named "Fleurs des Champs" in relief on its trapezoidal base. The young woman, with loose hair decorated with a flower headband, turns her face to the left. Her eyes are downcast as she smiles. The bust stops at the level of her bosom, which appears bare. The statue is signed on the back by Italian artist Giuseppe BINELLI (late 19th-20th century), known for his sculptures of women's faces. Late 19th century, Circa: 1890 Dim: W:38cm, D:23cm, H:58cm. Minor chips. Natural marble stain on the torso.
