A coffee table in the style of Gilbert Poillerat, made of lacquered, oxidized, and gilded metal. It rests on four openwork spindle legs topped with decorative globes. The base is joined by a twisted, semicircular stretcher. The tabletop is inlaid with stones of varying cream shades. These robust yet graceful motifs are reminiscent of some of Gilbert Poillerat (1902-1988) neo-Baroque-inspired creations from the 1930s and 40s. This piece dates from the 1970s .
We also have a matching end table if you are looking for a set for your living room.
