Sculpture in white marble representing a young woman from the early 20th century seated on a rock. She is wearing a double-breasted dress with puffed sleeves, covered by a shawl edged with lace and decorated with flowers and leaves. She wears a straw cape adorned with a ribbon and a veil that seems to flutter in the wind. In one hand, she holds a parasol, while the other holds openwork flowers. This statue shows fine engraving and perforation of the marble. It is signed "Galerie de marbres, Pauly & Cie, Venise" in a metal cartouche inserted at the back. It rests on a square gray marble base.
