Small bronze inkwell dating from the first part of the 19th century. The lid of the inkwell represents a bed on which a putto is dozing. It rests on a rectangular base adorned with a frieze of ovals and four leafy sabot feet. It includes two cups, a porcelain ink cup and a powder cup, as well as two nib holders.
