A gilt and chased bronze fireplace screen decorated with shredded foliage and floral motifs in the Rococo style against a net background. The openwork base is chased with scrolls and flowing foliage. It includes a fire grate and a pair of andirons adorned with naturalistic motifs in the Louis XV style. Fire grate dimensions: H: 78cm, W: 56cm, D: 19cm.
