A late 19th-century column in griotte red marble with a circular shaft surmounted by an Ionic capital composed of a bronze molding decorated with egg-and-dart motifs, supporting a square pedestal. The Attic base consists of three quadrangular steps of different marbles—red, pink, and gray veined—supporting a gilt bronze mount composed of tori and astragals.
It is ideal for showcasing a sculpture or vase.
