flatware in chased silver by the silversmith Henri Soufflot (active between 1884 and 1910), comprising 164 very finely worked pieces, decorated with scrolls, foliage motifs, flowering branches and confronting dragon heads. The flatware features a naturalistic openwork design of reeds, foliate scrolls forming waves, and fish. The handles are monogrammed "WA".
The 164 pieces that make up this Art Nouveau dinner service are divided as follows:

- 32 table knives with forged handles and stainless steel blades, signed "Chenaillier/ H. Soufflot Succr. Soufflot Succr."

- 18 entremet knives with cored handles and stainless steel blades, signed "ChenaiIlier/ H. Soufflot Succr. Soufflot Succr."
- 13 fruit knives with cored handles

- 1 salad server
- 1 sprinkling spoon with pierced scoop
- 1 sugar tongs

- 1 spoon for mustard
Minerve hallmark, silver, 1st title (from 1838). Manufacturer's hallmark with the initials "HS". The service is presented in a large rectangular oak case with brass fittings and four sliding presentation drawers. The lock is marked"H. Soufflot Orfèvre Paris", and the lid is centered with a "WA" shield.
