An important decorative alabaster case, adorned with fillets, rests on a stepped base. It holds a richly decorated urn featuring a head of Bacchus with vine leaves, acanthus leaves, and meticulously rendered lotus leaves. The urn has two openwork, foliate handles and a serrated neck.
