A pair of large Restoration period table candlesticks in finely chased and gilded bronze, the fluted stems adorned with palmettes, foliate scrolls, and honeysuckle. The candle holders are decorated with alternating palmettes and floral motifs. Each candlestick rests on a base adorned with acanthus leaves, palmettes, twisted fluting, and water leaves.

Condition report : Both torches are in good overall condition. Minor wear to one of the bases. The decoration is executed with great finesse.
