Four-light hot-air balloon chandelier with chased gilt bronze mounting. The crystal globe is diamond-pointed and encircled by a blue frieze with bronze stars, ending in a pinecone. The four scrolled light arms with rosette radiate from a plate decorated with an eagle with outstretched wings. The whole is finished with a similarly carved half-sphere and a bronze rosette.
The chandelier is fully electrified, with a bulb inside the crystal balloon.
