The various pieces are decorated with naturalistic and animal motifs such as openwork foliage, foliage scrolls and floral motifs, in a Louis XV style. They include a coat of arms with a monogram, the inscription "PARIS" and several hallmarks:

- Silver 1st title (from 1838)
- Manufacturer's hallmark in a rhombus
- goldsmith's hallmark Edmond JAMET
The knives are marked "Stainless steel".

Condition report: in good overall condition, with wear from use and small stains on the silver. The service is complete. The box retains its original key.
