Murano glass mirror with beveled edges and chamfered corners. This charming octagonal Venetian mirror is framed by twisted gilt glass strips and richly decorated with foliage, flowers, rosary bead motifs, and rosebuds in vibrant blown glass. The central mirror is beveled. The beveled edges enclose eight mirrors, each engraved on the back with stylized floral motifs. Each flower has a central convex micro-mirror. Every piece of glass is handcrafted according to Venetian tradition, giving this mirror its unique character. The entire glass composition rests on a wooden base typical of Venetian production known as "Vetro di Murano" (Murano glass) from the early 20th century.
