Small antique bronze and polychrome cloisonné enamel candlesticks, resting on a stepped circular base. The candle holder, the base, and the ball adorning the stem feature shimmering decoration composed of floral and foliate motifs. Each candlestick bears the signature of Ferdinand Barbedienne (1810-1892) around the base. 19th century, circa 1850. Dimensions: W: 9cm, D: 9cm, H: 20cm. In good overall condition, with minor scratches and slight wear consistent with age.
