A pair of patinated and gilt bronze candlesticks resting on a tripod base with foliate claw feet and a double patinated bronze plinth with curved sides. They are richly decorated with acanthus leaves, palmettes, scrolls, water leaves, and florets. Charles X period. Restoration period, circa 1820. Dimensions: W: 15cm, D: 15cm, H: 34cm. In good overall condition, with some slight wear to the plinth. Beautiful, nuanced patina.
