A pair of wall sconces in polychrome glazed porcelain, in the style of the Meissen manufactory. They are decorated with draped winged putti in purple and individual flowers in relief. This very fine work allows for clear differentiation between the various flower species: dandelions, carnations, and peonies. The edges of the sconces are highlighted with gold and rose-colored lines. A Rococo foliage frieze is painted in gold on the upper part. This is a 19th-century German piece.
