A biscuit porcelain group depicting three young children, one seated resting on a tree trunk, and the other two playfully untying garlands of flowers. The central putto throws buds at his sleeping companion while the third delights in a garland of flowers. In the background, two doves, one perched and the other with outstretched wings. The circular movement of these putti seems to bring this charming biscuit porcelain sculpture to life. The piece rests on a round base with four small toe feet. The biscuit is signed "Marion" on the base and bears a blue mark of an arrow surmounted by a crown, as well as the inscription "1762". Circa 1890
