A small wall clock in gilt bronze. Its rocaille decoration of flowing foliage is in the Louis XV style . It is adorned with an openwork motif revealing a red velvet fabric. The enamel dial features Roman numerals for the hours and Arabic numerals for the minutes. The hands are openwork and the glass is domed.
Late 19th century, circa 1880
Condition report: In good overall condition. Some wear to the gilding. The movement has been cleaned, serviced, and is in working order. The escape wheel has been replaced.
