Nicolas Léger Moutard was the printer for the Queen's bookseller from 1774 to 1792. He was installed in the chapel of the Hôtel de Cluny.
Provenance: Bibliothèque de Mr le Comte Vimar, Pair de France. Nicolas Vimar (1744-1829) was a renowned politician and jurist. In 1814, he was appointed by King Louis XVIII to the prestigious Chambre des Pairs.
Condition report: Complete with all table volumes, very fine period binding, good condition overall.
