A small porcelain inkwell with "famille verte" enamels, decorated in compartments with stylized floral pots, foliage, and scrolls. It includes an inkwell with a glass interior and four pen holders. The gilt bronze is adorned with palmettes, ribboned moldings, crossbars, and ribbons. The lid, chased with foliage, is surmounted by a rose-shaped finial. Samson under the base. Circa 1920
