Sculpture in alabaster representing the portrait in Bust of a smiling young girl in the style of Carrier-Belleuse (1824-1887). She is wearing a striped garment with a butterfly gathering flowers at the hem. The texture of her garment is very realistic. The Bust rests on a circular, stepped base.

Condition report: in good overall condition, with chips to the hair, butterfly and flowers. Minor chips to the base. A piece of the base has been glued back together and restored.
