Bronze sculpture with medal patina by Paul DUBOY depicting winged Psyche, leaning slightly forward, on a naturalistic base. The young child is depicted nude, simply draped. The bronze is presented on a circular base of veined white marble. Signed on the base: "Paul Duboy", a French sculptor active in the second half of the 19th century. He was a student at the École des Beaux-Arts from 1849, and exhibited at the Salon from 1853 to 1882. Circa: 1870

Condition report: in very good general condition, the Marble with small chips, very little visible. Traces of oxidation on the bronze.
