MARBLE SCULPTED-COLUMNS WITH VASES "REAPER AND FISHERMAN"
Two saddle sculptures in white Carrara marble representing putti holding horns of plenty, surmounted by a pair of crystal and silvered and gilded bronze "Reaper and fisherman" horn vases.
The marble putti, draped with a veil, lift a cornucopia, emblem of wealth and fertility, in the shape of a triton shell, ending with a tray on which are placed crystal vases.
The pair of cone vases, in transparent crystal and gilded and silvered metal, represents a farmer and a fisherman. The farmer holding a scythe and a gourd, symbol of the work of the harvest. The fisherman, on the other hand, is holding a fisherman's net and fish on his shoulder. Both are lifting a vase, one decorated with ears of wheat and the other with reeds.
The harmonious set is also offered separately, a pair of marble column and a pair of crystal vases.
