Tea service "tête à tête" in Porcelain bearing the initials of Louis-Philippe crowned in a laurel garland held by a bow. It is composed of a tray, a teapot, two cups with their saucers, a milk pot and a sugar pot. The pieces have a polychrome decoration representing two cherubs in clouds and bouquets of flowers on a celestial blue background. Friezes of ivy painted in gold enhance this beautiful decoration in the Sèvres taste. The handles and spouts are entirely gilded. This service can also be used as a coffee service.
The set is presented in its original box. All the porcelains bear the apocryphal mark of Sèvres and Château des Tuilleries:
- Manufacturing marks: "S.40", "S.41" and "S.36".
- Decoration mark: "Sèvres 1844".
- Red "Château des Tuileries" stamp surmounted by a crown.
