A "tête-à-tête" porcelain tea service Louis-Philippe within a laurel wreath tied with a bow. It comprises a tray, a teapot, two cups with saucers, a milk jug, and a sugar bowl. The pieces are decorated in polychrome with two cherubs amidst clouds and bouquets of flowers against a sky-blue background. Gold-painted ivy friezes enhance this beautiful decoration in the Sèvres style . The handles and spouts are entirely gilt. This service can also be used as a coffee service. Circa 1850.
The set is presented in its original box. All the porcelain pieces bear the apocryphal mark of Sèvres and the Tuileries Palace:

- Decoration mark: "Sèvres 1844"
- Red stamp "Château des Tuileries" surmounted by a crown.
