Water glass service in white opaline with silver and gold Desvignes decoration. It is composed of a carafe, a bottle, a candlestick and an eglomized glass tray decorated with a female bust and gilded bronze. Charles X period, 1825. The carafe rests on a pedestal, the body decorated with a crown of silver and gold flowers surrounded by gilded fillets in relief. A grid pattern decorates the rim of the shoulders. It is closed with a ball cap featuring a petal rosette. The bottle is decorated with foliage friezes surrounding a wreath of flowers. The shoulders are adorned with a grid pattern, and the bottle is finished with a ball stopper decorated with a petal rosette. The candlestick is similarly decorated. The glass top rests on three sabot feet, the belt decorated with a frieze of daisies and openwork at the top. A wreath of blue flowers surrounds a young woman with sloping shoulders, wearing a blue dress belted with a golden ribbon.
