A beautiful cage chandelier with eight lights arranged in two tiers. The lights are distributed as five bulbs in the lower section and three in the upper section. The gilt metal frame is adorned with numerous crystal drops in the shape of half-drops, many crystal flowers, beaded festoons, and six large daggers. It terminates in a blown crystal ball. The candle cups are gilt metal. The entire chandelier is electrified. The crystal in this light fixture is of Baccarat . It is a characteristic piece from the mid-19th century.
