A bronze bust depicting a woman dressed in classical style. Her wavy hair is gathered into two chignons, one of which is knotted. Her face is rendered in the style of antique statues. It is almost certainly a copy after the antique in the Neoclassical style. She wears a tunic fastened at her right shoulder by a medallion. The bust rests on a pedestal. The foundry mark " Devee Fondeur " is affixed to the back. It is a work of the French school, produced around 1900.
