Louis-Philippe's rosewood veneered liqueur cellar, opening at the top with a gilt bronze keyhole featuring 3 crowned fleurs-de-lis, representing the king's coat of arms. The initials "LP" for Louis-Philippe are engraved on the cellar lid. Inside the cellar is a removable red paper basket resting on two feet and a bolster holding 12 small diamond-cut glasses. Under the removable basket is a compartment. Four crystal carafes with hand-cut stoppers are arranged in separate compartments at the four corners of the cellar. Louis-Philippe period, Circa: 1840 Dim: W:30cm, D:21cm, H:24,5cm. Original glasses and decanters in very good condition. Very fine quality crystal. Minor discoloration of original paper.
