A Creusot crystal and silver bonbonnière with a removable lid edged with a beaded frieze and surmounted by a crown forming the finial. The body of the bonbonnière is decorated with beveled diamonds, foliage, and petals. The handles, which extend to the base, are adorned with acanthus leaves and palmettes, and terminate in rooster scrolls. The whole rests on a stepped square base, raised on four ball feet.
