A tall pair of gray-pink marble columns with gilt bronze decoration. The gilt bronze Composite order capitals (a continuation of the Doric, Ionic, and Corinthian orders) feature acanthus leaves in relief beneath volutes, with a fleur-de-lis on each face. These pedestals have a square rotating platform. The ringed feet are decorated with a crown of bronze leaves. The columns rest on a cubic base surrounded by a frieze of acanthus leaves, then a rectangular base supported by four small feet.
