table mirror Rococo decoration , featuring gadrooned leaves, scrolls, and flowering branches. A songbird adorns the top of the mirror. The back has a chain-operated display system, decorated with palmettes and acanthus leaves, allowing the mirror to be placed on a piece of furniture or a mantelpiece. This small gilt mirror rests on two foliate feet. Circa 1850
