This unique piece, created by Lebanese artist Nayla Tabet, is a wall-mounted sculpture combining high-quality metal wire and finely cut paper, resulting in a one-of-a-kind artwork. The artist enjoys exploring the contrast between the robustness of metal and the delicacy of paper, imbuing each piece she creates with a story through its form, colors, and cutouts. She depicts scenes imbued with poetry, where trees reveal themselves in all their splendor.
Nayla Tabet was born in Lebanon in 1980. At the age of eight, her family sought refuge in France, where she grew up in a small town in the south, surrounded by forests and woods—an environment that nurtured her early fascination with trees. The sculptures are protected by a plexiglass cube and are signed.
