AXA Art insurance . In case of breakage or any reservations concerning the item, it is important that the Customer notes this on the shipping slip in order to activate the insurance.

OUR RETURN POLICY
Furthermore, we have implemented a return policy to guarantee customer satisfaction:
- In the case of a distance sale, we guarantee the refund of the purchase amount, excluding additional costs and round-trip transport, within a period of 14 days known as the withdrawal period, and provided that the item is returned in its original condition.
- We offer the possibility of a return, within one year from the date of purchase, at the customer's discretion, in the form of a credit note for the purchase of another item in the Gallery at the catalogue price.
- We guarantee a full refund of the purchase price, excluding additional costs and return shipping, in case of doubt or error regarding the authenticity of the item sold.
