Statue depicting Moses holding the Tablets of the Law, after the sculpture by Michelangelo executed around 1513–1515 and incorporated into the Tomb of Julius II in the Basilica of San Pietro in Vincoli in Rome. Mechanical reproduction in chased bronze with a brown patina. Signed on the base "F. Barbedienne fondeur" and with the mechanical reproduction stamp of A. Collas. 19th century. Circa 1860.
