Pair of large candlesticks in finely chased and gilded bronze. The fluted column-shaped shaft is decorated with pine cones, palmettes and acanthus leaves. The wick is edged with a rich wreath of flowers and fruit. The candlestick stands on a tripod base decorated with swans with outstretched wings and lion's claws.
