All our shipments are covered by the AXA Art insurance company. In the event of breakage or any reservations concerning the object, it is important that the Customer notifies this on the shipping note, in order to be able to invoke the insurance. 





In addition, we have a return policy in place to ensure customer satisfaction:

- We guarantee, in the case of a distance selling, the reimbursement of the amount of the purchase, excluding ancillary costs and return transport, within a period of 14 days, known as the withdrawal period, and provided that the item is returned in its original condition.

- We offer the possibility of a return, within one year from the date of purchase, at the customer's discretion in the form of a credit note for the purchase of another item in the Gallery at the catalogue price.

- We ensure the reimbursement of the purchase amount, excluding ancillary costs and return transport, in the event of doubt or error regarding the authenticity of the item sold.
