All our shipments are covered by the AXA Art insurance company. In the event of breakage or any reservations concerning the item, it is important that the customer notifies us on the dispatch note, so that we can activate the insurance. 





In addition, we have implemented a return policy to guarantee customer satisfaction:

- In the case of distance selling, we guarantee reimbursement of the purchase price, excluding ancillary costs and return transport, within 14 days of retraction, provided that the item is returned in its original condition.

- We offer the possibility of a return, within one year from the date of purchase, at the customer's discretion in the form of a credit note for the purchase of another item in the Gallery at the catalog price.

- In the event of doubt or error concerning the authenticity of the item sold, we will reimburse the purchase price, excluding ancillary costs and return transport.
