Louis-Philippe pedestal table in mahogany and mahogany veneer, with round gray marble top. It rests on a baluster shaft with canted sides and a tripod base, finished with lion's claws and decorated with scrolled consoles embellished with palmettes and carved floral motifs. Solid forms, restrained decorative motifs and the use of gray marble are characteristic of this period. Louis-Philippe period, Circa: 1840 Dim: W:98cm, D:98cm, H:73,5cm. In good condition. A few chips of mahogany veneer restored.
