Shaded brown patina bronze proof depicting a young boy shooting a bow. It stands on a small terrace and a stepped circular base. Signed on the terrace: "Bofill". Foundry stamp "Bronze garanti". Stamped: "A1821". Good condition. Antoine Bofill (1875-1921) was a sculptor of Spanish origin. He studied at the Barcelona Academy of Fine Arts before exhibiting at the Paris Salon, where he received an honorable mention in 1902. He was active in the late 19th and first half of the 20th centuries. Late 19th century, Circa: 1900 Dim: W:20cm, D:12cm, H:40,5cm.
