White marble bust, titled"Réflexion" and signed Antoine Nelson, depicting a young woman with long, untied hair covering her bosom and acting as a drape. Looking pensive, she gazes downward with her chin raised, giving her elegance. Beautifully studied movement of her hair, yet natural with its curves in the Art Nouveau taste of the period. The base is engraved with "Ant. Nelson" on the right-hand side and "Réflexion".
