WHITE VEIN MARBLE SELLETTE, LATE 19TH CENTURY

Sellette in white veined marble in the shape of a column with a fluted shaft. The ringed capital is covered with a square tray where a sculpture can be placed. The feet of this pedestal are decorated with projecting gadroons and rest on a hexagonal base.
