Flamed mahogany liqueur cellar with inlaid brass frame simulating box hardware. The side handles are also inlaid around a motif of two swans facing each other. The keyhole and opening handle are adorned with two palmettes. A monogrammed CG escutcheon at the top. Inside are six cut-crystal bottles and their cabochons, in their compartments sheathed in red leather with gold edging. The bottles are numbered 1 to 6, and a leather-wrapped compartment in the middle holds the six cut-crystal glasses. Circa: 1870
