LOUIS XIV STYLE CHANDELIER IN BRONZE WITH 6 LIGHTS

Majestic Louis XIV style chandelier in chased and gilded bronze with six arms of light. The shaft is richly decorated with oves, acanthus leaves and architectural motifs, and is adorned with two scrolled consoles at the top and canopies at the bottom. The "S" shaped arms are decorated with foliage and scrolls, and support scrolls chiselled with palmettes, shells and interlacing. 19th century period. Circa 1880 Dim: W:78cm, D:78cm, H:73cm. In good condition, with slight wear in places. Electrified and in working order.
